Alrighty folks, I (Beth Montalvo, A Utah Wedding Photographer) took a deep dive into wedding venues in Central Utah, their package options, and pricing so you didn’t have to! (I am kinda kidding- please do research on whoever you choose to book with.) My hope was that I would make wedding planning the sliiiightest bit easier for everyone and be able to compile a grand list. I know how painstakingly long it feels to go through everrrrry website and reach out to tons of vendors. When I was planning my wedding this year, I was a Type A with a capital A bride. I had a spreadsheet with every vendor I looked into. I especially was careful with the venue I chose and there are so many Utah Wedding Venues! It can be a lot to look through. I am now helping a friend plan her wedding and I wanted to make this resource available to my brides as well!
I want to start off with a HUGE disclaimer so that all the venues around me and their staff will continue to get the respect they deserve! I started researching these Wedding venues in Utah in September of 2022. Venues might and absolutely are allowed to change their prices however and whenever they see fit. I spoke to so many owners and event managers while doing research. I can attest to the fact that each person I spoke to was so kind and excited to share information! I will try to update this resource as MUCH as possible but I really want to emphasize to please not use this resource as a way to bargain with venues on their prices. I trust that each of you will understand this and use it as a guide rather than law! You are the best. Thank you thank you Thank you.
Now that that disclaimer is out of the way- Let’s get STARTED!!! While I was researching, I found that each venue has their own way of pricing whether that be seasonal, weekend to week day, half-day vs. full-day, etc… I also found that the most popular month to get married in Utah is July! Since this is considered “peak season” all the prices you see will be from peak season prices. If you aren’t getting married April-August, just know that usually* prices are less expensive outside of peak season.
You can expect to find the venue’s name, location, weekend and weekday pricing, hours included, how many main event areas they have, what vendors they require, and more! What Vendors do they require? They do not require any specific vendors. They help each of their couples plan their wedding.
Other amenities/ services available: White Willow has decor available for use. They also have a children’s room and an on-site caregiver.

Other amenities/ services available: The White Shanty team has created a wedding website creation tool for each of their couples. You can book additional hours at a rate of $100/hr. They also offer half-day mornings!

the Bright building
Located in Downtown Provo

How many event areas are available? The Bright Building has 1 main event area available for use. They also have a Bride’s Room and catering space.
What Vendors do they require? They do not require the use of a planner or caterer. However, they do have a highly recommended in-house catering team and decorating staff!
Other services available: The Bright Building has an in house design and rental company called Gloss Rentals.

The Blake
Located in Downtown Provo

How many event areas are available? The Blake has 2 main event areas. They have an indoor reception space with a gorgeous wall of greenery as well as an outdoor patio. They also have a Bridal Suite available for getting ready.
What Vendors do they require? The Blake does not. require the use of a wedding planner or caterer.
Other amenities available: The Blake has a surround sound system and microphone for their couples to use. The venue can hold up to 200 guests.

conrad ranch
Located in Provo Canyon’s South Fork

How many event areas are available? The Conrad Ranch has an indoor area for up to 350 guests with a flowing reception. They also have a gorgeous outdoor pavilion complete with lighting, ponds, and a water feature. They have getting ready rooms for both the Bride and the Groom!
What Vendors do they require? Conrad Ranch does not include the use of a wedding planner. Conrad Ranch has packages available that include catering!
Other amenities/ services available: There are rental decor items available for their couples. This venue is amazing for any bride who wants an unplugged wedding!

What Vendors do they require? River Bridge has an exclusive catering team called Sheps Culinary Creations. They do not require the use of a wedding planner but have a list of preferred vendors for their couples to reference!
Other services available: River Bridge has a decor closet their couples can use! Set-up and Take-down is included along with an on-site event manager.

Stone Gate WeddingS

What Vendors do they require? Stone Gate weddings come with wedding planning services included! They also have an in-house culinary team that is required.

They are a food truck park and help their brides coordinate any desired services with food trucks!

Other amenities available: The Rooftop Lehi grants all their couples access to the getting ready rooms, a prep room for catering and a lounge. In addition, you will have access to linens, a ceremony arch and centerpieces. You can expand your day to 11AM-11PM for an additional $500.

What Vendors do they require? With the Castle Rental, Wadley Farms requires the use of one of their recommended caterers. Wadley Farms does not require a wedding planner but does highly recommend the use of one. Alcohol is permitted in the Castle!
Other amenities available: Wadley Farms offers their couples to use their property before or after their wedding for bridal or engagement pictures.

What Vendors do they require? Siempre Utah requires the use of their in-house chef and catering team. They also have bartending services available for couples that are providing their guests with alcohol. Siempre Utah highly recommends the use of a wedding planner but does not require one.
Other amenities/ services available: This amazing venue can accommodate up to 250 guests at your event. They also provide a siempre wedding coordinator to assist you. Siempre Utah has been published in People magazine!
